The BEN vehicle, a 100% electric car developed in Portugal within the Be.Neutral project, has received European type approval certification and can now circulate in Europe.
This sustainable city car is a pioneer in accounting for avoided CO₂ emissions and offsetting those released during production. The project’s goal is to mass produce 20,000 vehicles per year by 2030, at around €8,000 each.
3drivers Quadrante contributed to the project by conducting the vehicle’s life cycle assessment (LCA), providing relevant data on environmental performance that can be used by decision-makers to support more sustainable choices.
